Originally from Madrid, Spain, Carolina has built her life and career around one powerful belief: when people better understand themselves, they can transform the way they lead, connect, and grow.
After moving to the United States and reinventing her own life in a new country, Carolina turned her passion for human potential and relationships into a career dedicated to developing people. In 2017, she became a certified leadership coach through Maxwell Leadership and has since worked with individuals, leaders, and organizations to strengthen self-awareness, communication, emotional intelligence, and the relationships that help teams thrive.
Her work combines leadership development with practical tools in behavioral and communication styles, helping people understand not only how they show up—but how their behaviors impact those around them. Today, she brings that work to stages, leadership experiences, team workshops, and coaching engagements designed to help people reduce friction, strengthen relationships, and perform better together.
Carolina is also a contributing author of the bestselling book Overcomer: Redeemed Masterpiece and the founder of Rewire Leadership Foundation, through which she has expanded her commitment to leadership development internationally. In Ghana, her work has helped bring leadership education, resources, and development experiences to young people, empowering the next generation to recognize their potential and lead with purpose.
From rebuilding her own life across countries and seasons of change to helping others navigate growth and transformation, Carolina doesn't simply speak about reinvention—she has lived it.
Today, her work brings together two messages at the heart of everything she believes: helping people become who they're capable of becoming, and helping them work better together.
